NOT "Human First"

Pros

Free breakfast, healthcare, 5 word minimum is too much for pros

Cons

Major sallary gaps between people who have the same jobs/job titles, always giving new hires bigger sallaries (+200€ or more than the seniors). Not enough hires, they prefer to unload everything on a minimum sized team and work them to the max with loads of pressure. When you join Leroy, they sell you the idea of big trimestral prizes that almost never exist. Managers are never questioned, it's impossible to question them regarding their decisions or go higher up because they ultimately leave everything to the managers. They say they're human first but everything turns to the money they make. They say that they're inclusive but mostly have the black people or whatever they find "different" at the check-outs, at logistic jobs or at areas where there are minimum customer interaction. There are no managers or higher positions with "inclusive" people.
