Modern offices - 20 years old and currently being refurbished floor by floor. Great promotion opportunities due to a decade of heavy retirement ahead. Flexible and hybrid working in most roles. Cutting edge work. Training is good. Strong focus on Diversity and Inclusion.

Cons

80% onsite working on some projects, and an uncompromising military customer who won't permit work to be done on home accessible networks. Discuss the extent of hybrid working during the interview. No pay differential for onsite working. No Christmas bonus in 2024 for the first time in a decade. Public transport into the Luton site is very poor.
