      Pros

      Excellent benefits including pension and can be part of interesting projects.

      Cons

      Can easily get away with coasting and doing very little, which can be frustrating for those wanting to make a difference. Poor leadership -its more of a blame game as well as a lack of accountability. Most senior leadership do very little and most of the important work is left to the graduates and apprentices. Also a lack of women in the department, which contradicts some of the statements they've claimed on their marketing materials (but this could be due to the majority of work within defence).

      Thanks for taking the time to provide feedback. We are disappointed that despite some positives your overall experience at Leonardo is not what we would hope. We work closely with our leadership teams to balance the right level of autonomy, support and decision making. This is clearly not your experience or aligned to the cultural aims we set out in 2023.
