- Good people - Excellent work life balance - Mid level management are respectful to employees - Company wide social events annually - Benefits are: free council gym membership and £500 for receipts after tax

Cons

- Salaries do not progress with performance, are under competitive. No bonus - Company processes tend to be very bureaucratic and very slow to improve, if at all - Facilities haven't been repaired
