Pros

Interesting work, great work life balance and benefits. Pay is good for the sector but there is also a sense of job security due to the various streams of internal work on electronic warfare products, aerospace, helicopters and space. Interesting external work streams as well on various government projects.

Cons

None to speak of really. Positive experience.
