The company offers very flexible hours. Has discount subscriptions. Great work culture and inclusive environment.

Cons

Pay rises challenging. HR unwilling and personal performance reviews aren't used as evidence. It falls on time served.

For Graduates we offer advanced progression depending on your length of time on the scheme and market benchmarks but this changes when you leave the scheme.
