Bad old-style management, no vision and strategy, no merit, no career opportunity and personal growth, too much talking and little action, politics involvement, bad processes, inner fights, lack of management competencies all over.

Lots of work, great benefits, stable through all of the world economic financial upheavals

Cons

With lots of work comes lots of hours. Financial upheaval in the world economy make it difficult to predict where money comes from to perform. Lots of legacy employees who need to move on

Pros

Multinational Company which allows transfer between site to change position, not usually between country except at higher management positions which can have multinational responsibilities.

Cons

Poor pay and conditions, 25% under the market rate across the board. no new staff recruitment because of poor pay leading to very high workloads for current staff. Includes subsidiary's like Selex UK, Agusta Westlands. I have Never seen the Italian management since they took over 6 years ago.
