Great products, it is satisfactory to work with helicopters. You may have the chance to travel abroad.

Cons

Careers opportunities and growth near to zero. No internal job rotation, or very difficult to obtain a job change. No HR support. No meritocracy.

Disappointing place for a motivated young professional

Obviously the business and the size of the company could lead to a very challenging/fun job

Cons

Everything else...I can name only few of so many bad things about this company: from the archaic system to the non existing career advancement, from a total absence of HR support (especially abroad) to a very superficial knowledge by a lot of support people. The company does not value young engineers at all.
