Big and complex infrastructure where learn a lot and make a good job. If you know how to move inside , you will have great opportunities.

Cons

It is not so easy understand the core business. To many changes in few months are not good for the employers.

I have moved on and am no longer employed by selex systems integration.

Cons

Sr. Management (except CFO) are poor managers and motivators. Extremely cyclical business model. Plan to work thanksgiving and Christmas.
