      Great people to work with. Relaxed environment. Interesting products. Small company feeling even though products are sold across the world.

      Cons

      Tough scheduling requirements. Demanding management can lead to unneeded stress. Inconsistent work load leads to time off on some days and having to work weekends and holidays on others.

      Flexible working (i.e. no rigid start/finish time) and ability to bank hours for up to 8 Flex days off per year. Wide range of interesting projects to get involved in. Supportive environment and friendly colleagues.

      Cons

      A lot of low-value process and reporting. Complicated organisation structure with mostly Italian senior management. Site-based influence in some decision making.
