Hard to think there are any.

Cons

No investment in people or the future. The worst management team I have ever encountered. Even my wife could not believe how poorly run this company is. Management likes yes men and are now surrounded with incompetence. The Leonardo stock is plummeting despite the attempt to change names and leave the ugly past behind. This firm is a joke unless you're looking to sell short!

Selex provided me with opportunities to expand my knowledge and experience in IT. A pleasant and flexible working environment to work and had a great manager that gave us a lot of support.

Cons

We work a lot of overtime due to the nature of our work, but not rewarded for our extra efforts.
