      Work life balance / Flexi time Wide range of training courses to aid personal development Annual payment £500 to spend on wide range of options inc tech, med insurance etc.

      Cons

      Distinct lack of lean methodology within the manufacturing facility Workforce poorly equipped to problem solve, lack of such tools, continuous improvement & accountability. Blame culture apparent, poor morale etc. Minimal cross functional collaboration. Teamwork not championed. No real demonstrated leadership Opportunities for constructive feedback suppressed Poor communication Who you know culture over meritocracy/suitability HR interaction
