Pros

Excellent PTO, coworkers are nice, lucky to have good relationships with the customers/clients, tuition assistance, certification reimbursement, tax-assisted relocation & (when available) circumstantial telework.

Cons

Organizationally confused with managers not directly involved with the work being performed. Too many additional requirements from the client that the managers allow easily. No bonuses or annual salary increases amid economic conditions.
