Great teammates, got to grow into a full-stack role from a more frontend developer. Lots of different things to work on.

Cons

No money in the budget for trainings or conferences. Not rewarded for going above and beyond. Benefits aren't very modern.

overworked. underpaid. tight budgets. plan on giving free overtime, nights and weekends to meet unreasonable deadlines. too many meetings.

Pros

Great manager, lets me work autonomously and own my work.

Cons

Used to feel really great, being allowed to directly work with my customers, all incredibly nice and very grateful people. BUT, the government shuts down and the company wants us to use our paid time off to pay us. Well, there goes attrition, WAY up. As soon as I have something else, I will, very sadly, not look back.
