Pros

Very flexible with work schedule and working from home. I have consistently gotten decent cost of living raises every year. Leidos pays pretty well and the benefits seem like they will improve in 2026 based on employee feedback.

Cons

Workload seems to be disappearing. We keep going through reorgs and office moves. Some upper level managers aren't engaged. Not a lot of paid time off in comparison to similar companies in my area.

Cancel benefits, cancel interviews with out notice, HR is nonexistent, they change your job a week in, they change your location for no reason, they encourage you to quit

Great benefits. Work life balance is respected. Option for remote work. I feel fairly compensated. Good people. I have it way better than many of my other friends who just graduated college.
