Great Introduction to Working with Service Members and Their Families

In our role providing non-medical counseling, we don't write therapy notes, do assessments, or deal with any insurance issues, the usual administrative demands of clinical work.

Cons

The role at times does not seem clearly defined. You're on your own a lot, meaning you're the only MFLC at the site. The path for professional growth is limited.

Great benefits, supplemental benefits, tuition reimbursement, learning opportunities and programs to grow yourself for free. The flexibility and freedom to have a life outside of work and they recognize hard work

Cons

The company has changed in the past few years and seems less focused on their people and more focused on automation. What made Leidos different is their people focus compared to competitors in similar types of work.
