The company is large, which generally means good non-monetary benefits, such as health and other insurances. Leidos also had stock options, which could be beneficial to some.

Cons

The cons with large companies in general is the pay. I was always on the lower end of the pay scale. Leidos is large, however, depending on the location you are in, there maybe local support.
