Great Technology, Excellent people working at the company at ground level. Good benefits (flexible working, although not welcomed by Service department Snr leadership) and a large multi national company to progress and move on

Cons

Constant chaos and micro management ruin what could be a brilliant role. No action from certain sections of Snr Management in making improvements, just lots of talk and accountability shifting. There is not enough expertise and experience at top levels to make necessary changes. Middle management constantly mopping up. Penny pinching unfortunately main priority.
