Mostly management is up to the discretion of the division lead, they do the hiring and in some divisions it's not ideal

Pros

Good people to work with, nice office, working with newer tech. Great work life balance, flexible hours.

Cons

Job progression was very slow. Had responsibilities of what would be a senior dev, but still had the title and pay of a junior. Prioritizing deadlines over any amount of code quality. Bent to customer requests while ignoring the realistic time increase these promises would bring.
