      Overall the benefits are competitive and there are opportunities for growth. Annual raises are just within a typical range 2-5%. If you want a higher salary you will need to compete for promotions.

      Cons

      No bonuses. PTO accrual needs to be better to be more competitive. Flex Time is generous. Telework is an option but there is constant pressure to come in more.
