Pros

There are a multitude of learning opportunities and people are not just stuck doing one thing all day. Each person is involved in many different aspects of the company.

Cons

There is not a training period or "buddy" system set up. Much of the training was a figure it out attitude. Entire office was laid off because of office moving to another state with 8 week warning. Existing employees had to re-apply if they wanted to move and continue employment.

Pros

They control so many government contracts you have to be associated with them.

Cons

They have no regard for their slave labor employees. Management bonuses go up every year, employee benefits shrink and cost more $$$$. Stay away.

Good work/life balance and telecommuting allowed. Extremely intelligent employees and good customer relations.

Cons

IT is awful especially for a company that boost 'cyber security'!! No regards for ethics and policy compliance since leaving SAIC. Hard working staff laid off for lack luster staff. Engineering Group is mismanaged and lacks leadership.
