incredibly poor and disconnected CEO, Board, and COO. They are full of grandiose words but have no idea what a true leader is all about.

Excellent co-workers with a wide range of experience. An environment where people want to share knowledge with their fellow analysts. I feel like many of my teammates have my back and want to see me do well.

Cons

Poor work/life balance and haphazard management. Medication by fear of consequences rather than more positive means.
