Raises are small at about 5%

Most things are a con. Pay is well under what other companies will do. Raises won’t even cover the increased cost of healthcare. Healthcare is much more expensive than other companies. There is little job security here. They will lie about the length of the project saying it has years left just to end it a few months later. There is very little help to find a new position if this happens to you. They expect you to use PTO if there is a lull in the project.
