Benefits aren’t horrible, but could be better for management. Hourly employees have a separate schedule. 401K, vacation, and insurance could be improved.
good company, try to take care of their employees. If you do work in the Quebec office a lot is offered.
Cons
if you don't live near the main office you got nothing. Hours are way not flexible (even if they pretend they are), HR and other department are not accessible. You can not offer any initiative without being reminded that it's not your place or job.
Plant Manager - Micromanagement style. If you do something right - then he will say - look what I did! if somethings goes wrong - he will point the finger at you - your fault. The Plant Manager has some issues and believe that other corporate employees are sent to his plant just to spy on him. The pros won't even help to cover cons. Read other reviews on indeed as well to get a better picture.
