      Pros

      The position did pay well and most of the other employees were nice. The facility was very clean and organized for the most part as well.

      Cons

      They have no compassion for employees with medical issues. They do not try to help those employees be able to come back to work after getting well again. Even if that employee was a great worker and even though the employee lost a great deal including their job, they do not care about the individual.

      Pros

      With the exception of upper management and corporate, the employees are great. They make the daily routine enjoyable and are easy to work with in all aspects.

      Cons

      The Tennessee plants are managed dreadfully. Lead by a man who was removed from the position once, and then allowed back into it, the plants have continued to deteriorate in performance. Due to poor management and communication there is a general air of anger, resentment, and uncertainty in the plants. Individuals working at the levels below top and corporate leadership are expected to bend shift schedules at the whim of those above them. Additionally there is no work-life balance for salaried individuals, they are expected to work long days and continue working from home once they leave. There is minimal training effort put into new employees - most notably in positions that assist operations. These employees are just expected to learn on the fly despite little or no guidance from supervisors or corporate.

      Pros

      This company is family owned. They aren’t dealing with investors, they’ve been doing this a long time and are constantly evolving. They know when and where to spend their money to increase the companies growth as well. Working here is like working with family.

      Cons

      None that I can speak of. If you are level headed and have common sense, there are no issues. Business is business.
