Pros

Prior management trained us well, listened to the staff. At all levels we worked as a team. It was a great company to work for and I loved it in 2023.

Cons

The New Upper Management is terrorizing the West. Micro managing, unreasonable goals, fear based culture.

Pros

Learning Care Group truly invests in its leaders and teams. I have experienced strong support from my manager, clear expectations, and opportunities for professional growth. The company values compliance, child safety, and quality education, while still empowering directors to lead their schools with autonomy and purpose. There is a strong emphasis on training, continuous improvement, and doing what’s right for children and families. The culture encourages collaboration, transparency, and accountability. I appreciate that leadership is accessible and willing to listen, and that successes are recognized. The resources provided help schools maintain high standards and feel supported, especially during challenging situations.

Cons

Like any organization in early childhood education, the work can be fast-paced and demanding, and balancing staffing needs with daily operations can be challenging. However, support and guidance are available when needed.
