      Visibility, family treatment, scope of improvement.

      Cons

      Constantly changing management due to dying industry, hence there is nothing constant. HR changes every month. Org and leadership changes are frequent too due to internal politics. Experience matters more than knowledge making it difficult/slow to grow.
