      Good pay and a good variety of tasks and responsibilities. Lear gives the employee the opportunity to shine and reach full potential. Lear is excellent in financial management.

      Cons

      Need to improve relations and grow partnerships with our customers and suppliers. Has room for improvement in better organization and more standardization of policies and practices.
