- Benefits are competitive - Compensation is at or just over market value - "Summer hours" on Friday, leave at noon - Family oriented company, parties with family invites several times a year, leave early before holidays & Halloween
Cons
- Mandatory donation to United Way required. Specifically told that not donating enough will negatively impact future growth. - Management is inflexible, close minded, combative to change, out of touch with best practices or recent technologies. - No remote work policy, everyone shows up at 8:00 & leaves at 5:00 regardless of work load. - No conferences, minimal training allowance.
