Some Directors and VPs are actually HUMAN! Others are animals.

Lear does not walk the talk. They state they want to be the Employer of choice however - oh they have a rating too that states they are, well the criteria to be classified as such is weak. 1. Too many of the leadership actually think Corporation policies apply to everyone else but them, 2. Once hired in, you will be stuck in that same position, little to no path for growth or even movement, 3. When hiring staff; OLD staff >10years are let go even if you have a glowing performance review. 4. etc.
