some good people, that's about it

Cons

toxic work environment, minimum wage, easy to burn out, sales are pointless, management will try and stop you knowing your worth so that you tolerate the place, little to no training, gossip travels

Good camaraderie within the team. Good staff discount.

Cons

Minimum pay. No chance of a pay rise, unless you advanced to Sales Leader - even then it was only pennies more - so not really worth it. You worked your socks off for very little appreciation from Regional Manager and Head Office. You often did not have Customer Services' backing when you were trying to sort out customer issues. Frustrating, as it often felt as you were working for different company, rather than pulling in the same direction. Constant promotions, so very few customers would accept paying full price for anything...
