      Decent staff discount, good experience for other jobs

      Cons

      Bad management, lots of internal bullying with a dodgy HR department. Alot of managers (including the regionals) are very cliquey and nasty. The pay is bad, especially for everything your expected to do and all the company/product knowledge you need to know off by heart.

      Great staff, everyone gets along well

      Cons

      Mystery shopper every quarter to ensure staff are providing excellent customer service, but also to keep everyone selling the brand credit card, interior design etc.
