Pros

Here you can get industry experience, and if you're lucky you might work in a nice team. Sample sales are very affordable. No after hours work.

Cons

No money. I didn't know offices like this exist till I started in Laura Ashley. Freezing cold in winter, no microwaves to warm up your lunch. No bonuses, salary reviews are rear and increases are small. There is a core team of people who worked in the company for really long time, and lot of them just do nothing chatting all day long. Bulling culture. No opportunities for growth. Constant stuff turnover.

Pros

Loyal hardworking staff who love the brand and company

Cons

No vision from senior executives who placed zero value on people so talent left, and paid so badly no talent joined. Penny pinching ruined the website going for a cheap not best option which finally brought the company down.
