Discount There were no other pros the only thing that was good was the discounts and lots of tea breaks if it was quiet

Cons

Awful management Two faced staff No organisation Forcing you to work all the bad shifts Poor pay Nasty customers Ugly clothes Management stayed in the office all day and moaned if they had to come out

Pros

time and a half Sundays, good staff discounts, staff treated well, continual training, staff members given feedback on performance regularly

Cons

sometimes too target orientated,hours can be somewhat unsociable, not much room for promotion and progression, occasional lack of communication between branches and management, ask for flexibility from employees but employees often not offered the same flexibility in return
