Pros

amazing colleagues. and that is the only good thing about this job

Cons

minimum wage, removing and replacing constant promotions, highly pressured by company and customers, customers always complaining and having a go because quality is just not there even though the goods are premium price, lack of staff makes the staff very demotivated, targets unachievable, made to feel guilty if you are sick, no support at all, high turn-over of staff. the company is not interested in the individual so as long as the store is making money they couldn't care less

Pros

Discount, team I worked with

Cons

Not allowed a life outside work. Too many red zones stop you booking holidays. Constantly changing rotas to suit the company sales! Horrendous Pay. A very high turnover of staff - not surprising really! Upper Management are very unprofessional.
