40% discount,friendly staff,team atmosphere, great uniform and uniform allowance, lots to learn about regarding system and products.

Cons

Shocking pay, no set shifts( as mine change week to week.)very disorganised, management are forgetful about my availability requirements, all women, slow system,very stressful during a sale

Not many, discount if you like the same repeats, staff sale and that is it!

Cons

No training, no pay rise, snobbery managers do not talk to those on the bottom of the ladder, no thank you. Managers like to blame you when things go wrong, no support in your job and no promotional opportunities (unless you are favoured by the manager). They like to get 1st jobbers to pay minimum wage, so staff turnover is high. Pay below the market rate for all jobs!

Cons

The worst type of managers they can be. Utter lack of professionalism, are uninspiring and are very passive aggressive. Passionate and hardworking staff are unappreciated.
