Pros

Uniform allowance, lovely co workers, ability to progress, training available, lovely products

Cons

Minimum wage, pressure to sell cards, products and achieve unrealistic levels of customer services- when the shop is rammed full of people and there is only 4 staff on, not every customer can be greeted by the door!
