Pros

Some really nice people that do actually care about colleagues and customers working there. Holiday allowance Free uniform Good discount, at end of season sales Training Fairly relaxed and can speak to (store) management openly and jokingly Nice products Stores support other stores Payroll team are helpful and friendly

Cons

High turnover of staff, mainly due to wages compared to what is expected of you. Staff discount is quite often same or less than customer discount. Unprofessional at times No confidientialty No job guarantee due to new owner and his plans for the future Customers (not all) seem to have a personality transplant when they walk through the door
