Pros

Most of the staff are great.

Cons

Constant changing of Rota without notice. Days off also changed without being consulted. Wages are minimum wage. If I hadn't been lied to at my interview I wouldn't have excepted the job.

Pros

Products - store format- 1 hour lunch break - two 15 min rtea breaks - Generally relaxed atmosphere and nice people. Customers were generally polite. Some people in the head office still believe in the brand and create beautiful product ranges.

Cons

Management and payment - Sometimes you think that nobody cares about the company and your role. No training at all. Lack of communication with both store management and head office management. Communication with customer service is really bad. Stock management is terrible.
