Pros

there is nothing to justify this corporate greed

Cons

minimum wage forever, there is no way to get a pay rise -ever. Rotas are only ever available for the current week, we are treated like zero hours staff. someone is usually crying in the office / staffroom/ toilet, no-one cares, half the staff are on anti - depressants, the other half ring in sick all the time because they hate it . Customers are all vile spoilt housewives, or too rich pensioners who still think it's Victorian times. We are expected to be experts in absolutely everything, including selling credit and loans, curtain making, furniture construction, light fittings- everything, all for MINIMUM WAGE.
