Pros

I can manage my schedules sometimes, I work from home and I get to be close to my family. They're a great team, and I've worked with them for a very long time. Whenever I've needed support or I had to do something and log out, they understood.

Cons

It's a very difficult job, there's a lot of pressure on how fast you relay messages and you really need all of your senses involved throughout every call, it's stressful and wears you out. Having only 5 minutes to rest an hour, working 8 hours or more a day, it's almost bran damaging and it doesn't even pay minimum wage... I feel discouraged, not motivated at all and extremely exhausted...

Pros

LSA is a wonderful company filled with people with a strong desire to help each other and our clients. I enjoy working in the call center and feel that we all do our best to get the job done. I can honestly say, I enjoy coming to work each day. It's a great work environment, I enjoy the work that I do, and the people that I work with. We have several “fun days” every month where we have small celebrations and theme days to break up the day. There is no shortage of opportunity here if you communicate your goals and assert yourself. If you are looking at reviews to make your decision about working here, dont. It is comical to see people complaining about an hourly rate that they themselves accepted when they got the job offer. If you have an opportunity to interview, GO, and take it upon yourself to ask questions and decide if LSA is the right place for you. Don’t let a stranger’s perspective dictate that for you. If you do it could cost you from missing out on an amazing opportunity.

Cons

more PTO, more employee assistance programs like tuition reimbursement
