If you perform well and communicate clearly when necessary, you will be given the freedom to work independently. There is an in-platform support chat option available, which is very helpful. Additionally, they offer excellent seminars to help you continue learning and improving.

Cons

There aren’t many disadvantages; the only one is the low call volume.
