      Pros

      Really great team! Everyone is supportive and encouraging. Work life balance is given high priority. Leadership team values its people. Now hiring outside people and they seem to be all great with awesome ideas.

      Cons

      A lot of stats that you're evaluated on. Hard to manage that sometimes.

      You can work from home.

      Cons

      While you are working from home and set your time as available for any given amount of time, and you cannot do anything else during that time, you only get paid in cents per minute interpreted. So, you set yourself as available for 4 hours, but you will end up getting paid only about 25% of your available time.

      Pros

      There are some great people at LSA. There is flexible scheduling. If you work hard there is room for growth. They are working at having better corporate structure.

      Cons

      The small nature of the company limits where you can move around in the company. The vision is often changed abruptly without explanation. Pay isn't competitive.
