Laid back environment. Spend most of my day coloring which is relaxing.

Cons

A lot of office politics. Managers from every department think because they speak in Spanish no one knows they're talking about other managers and employees. We hear you and we think you're ignorant. No one speaks up because no one would listen. If you try to make things better you become a part of the Spanish gossip circle of hate.
