Some good people. You can tell some people really like what they do and are good at it.

Cons

Bullies. I’ve never worked somewhere where managers were more childish than the employees. They talk bad about people all day, gossiping and acting like no one can hear them, and giving special treatment to employees they’re friends with. If you’re not best friends with your manager, don’t even bother. It’s like kindergarden, and HR doesn’t care. If you go to HR they treat you like an inconvenience and never actually help. For how cheap this company is, it’s not worth leaving and feeling bad every day.

There are some nice people who work here

Cons

Management is terrible. They let their favorites run things and don’t care about anyone else. Managers are in too many meetings to actually manage. If you are friends with a manager or a team lead you get away with whatever you want. If you aren’t then you get screwed.
