They pay whole minutes, not fractions of a minute so every day you end up losing earnings. No salary increases.

Great company to work for, especially for employees.

Cons

Many people listing in the cons that there are no benefits for employees. There ARE benefits for employees. The people claiming that are ***NOT*** employees, they are independent contractors, which is why they do not get benefits. If you want employee benefits, get a job where you're an employee and don't sign on for a contracting gig.
