Not a job you want if you need to support a family
Pros
Flexible hours since it is a 24/7 call Center. Weekends and holidays off (only if you're full time). Free coffee, but that's really about it.
Cons
This is not the job to have if you are trying to support a family and I am learning that the hard way. They start you off at 11.00 an hour with no raise in sight. It is a 24/7 call center so your schedule can become very flexible. Management is rarely there to help whenever you need it, and when you do need the help they expect you to stand at your desk and scream from across the call center to get someone's attention. There is no respect for the coordinators only way to have it here is if you have a degree. Whenever you have a problematic call no higher up ever takes steps in for you. They fire people on a whim and the place is so inconsistent. Benefits are terrible, you can't even afford to put your family on a health insurance plan without having your already low paycheck cut in half. You have to ask to use the restroom like you're a child and God forbid they spot you even glance at your phone it's a one to two week suspension.
