      -Happy Friday (can order food for RM25 every Friday, can enjoy and eat with colleagues) -

      Cons

      -your growth is depends on our supervisor. (If you are falls under South Malaysia Malacca & JB, you will never growth due to your City Manager.) -All staff who work at Malacca and JB for 3 years and above and still hold Associates positions. -Dont have clear alignment from management, always change the commission structure. I worked 2 years changed for more than 10 times. -Turnover very high -Salary very low, commission tier unattractive .

      Nice Office and People

      Pros

      The office is big and new, all the colleagues are very nice and helpful. Salary review will reward you if you are doing good.

      Cons

      Some major systems are still using PHP (until 2022), which is not good for fresh grads' future careers. They got some Java tho.
