Pros

Company name holds a global reputation and they're expanding to all dimensions.

Cons

The list can be endless, but I’ll put it across succinctly in the following headers: 1) Do not expect anything professional such as career growth, appraisal, incentives, hikes, and employee engagement. All these are non-existent here. 2) Employees are treated as fixed cost resources and their benefit and needs are never considered. On the contrary, each policy in place is made such that the employees are exploited. There are only 21 leaves in a year against an industry average of 30 days with 6 days working. You’ll be micromanaged to the core, right from what you do on your PC to how much time you spend eating. Though they state so, the management does not believe in inclusiveness. The work hours are 54 hours a week (against the government norms) and you are threatened to be removed if you complain about it. 3) The management is led by a stubborn, autocratic, nerd who keeps banging your head and expects you to burn for his growth, adding to your stress levels. The targets are thrust down the employee’s throat with even consulting him. Failure is attributed to the employee and success (whatever little) to the management. 4) The company does not have any capability and no clients to show. They have nothing to do with leading logistics firm and all the big stories they claim are false. Atleast in India. 5) Benefits such as PF, health insurance, and other employee benefits are non-existent. 6) The office is in a 30 seater and and you'll be asked to reserve the seat on FCFS on a daily basis. 7) You'll be asked to to come by 9:30 and serve till 18:30 with ouch in and punch out and even monitored with how many times you have punched in and punched out in a day.

Pros

- company growth rapidly - colleagues are nice - office location is good

Cons

- open office but management is not open minded (e.g. they put the table tennis table in the office wanna make the enironment more friendly, but they are not expect you to use it in office hour) - company growth fast, but your salary barely growth - business given unreasonable timeline and caused tech team cutting corners all the time - out sourcing the tech to low quality indian company (tips: check the glassdoor comments of the decision maker's last company) - we had different challenges for our employees in working level, but senior management would hire management level just by talking - no career path at all
