Flexible Hours: The ability to choose your working hours is a big plus

Cons

Late payout: Payments are processed quite late compare to other company Low Pay Per Delivery: The amount riders earn for each delivery is disappointingly low. After deducting lalamove 20% commision, fuel costs, vehicle maintenance, and other expenses, the actual take-home pay is minimal. Unfair Pricing Structure: Some long-distance jobs do not compensate fairly for the time and effort required, leading to dissatisfaction among riders.
